Aion and SingularityNET are thrilled to announce that we are collaborating together to explore how SingularityNET can leverage the Aion-1 blockchain and bridging protocol to significantly scale the reach and performance of their platform. SingularityNET co-founded by Hanson Robotics the makers of Sophia the most advanced humanoid robot, lets anyone monetize artificial intelligence, allowing companies, organizations, and developers to buy and sell AI at scale. Their protocol enables AI-as-a-service on a permissionless market, so that anyone can use AI services easily. The Aion platform is a multi-tier platform designed to solve the problems of interoperability, scalability, and privacy. The protocol enables the development of a federated blockchain network, making it possible to seamlessly integrate dissimilar blockchain systems in a multi-tier hub-and-spoke model, similar to the internet.
The SingularityNET platform and Aion and will provide accessibility to the AI agent marketplace and governance structures across various blockchains, without introducing a centralized integration point. Enabling AI agents to communicate and cooperate with agents and purchasers on other blockchain networks greatly contributes to the network effect powering the SingularityNET platform.
This partnership will allow for collaborative research and technical design for, not only SingularityNET’s platform, but for the neural network based Proof of Intelligence consensus algorithm being developed by Aion. This partnership marks our commitment to a more decentralized and equitable world.
About SingularityNET:
SingularityNET is a marketplace for AI algorithm that allows anyone to monetize and sell their AI algorithm anywhere in the world. SingularityNET’s core goal is to provide an intelligent fabric for AI algorithms to talk to each other — and in doing to, to provide the basis for the emergence of the world’s first true Artificial General Intelligence. The SingularityNET founders believe in open source and decentralized control, so that no single individual or corporation or government will be able to dominate AI as it becomes increasingly more generally intelligent and capable.
